Returns Policy

All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We strive to accurately represent the colors of our garments in the images, yet slight variations may occur due to factors such as differences in cloth dyes, environmental conditions during dyeing, and variations in display settings, lighting, monitor capabilities, and digital photography. Silk-based fabrics may exhibit natural darker threads as a result of the inherent weaving process, adding to the raw appeal and unique character of the fabric.
